Larry Flynt's Brother Can't Use 'Hustler' Mark, 6th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 1:47 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit ruled Wednesday that Larry Flynt's brother does not have the right to brand his adult-themed store in Cincinnati with the Hustler trademark and snuffed out his wrongful termination claim, a decision that likely brings an end to the siblings' legal battle over the origins of the Hustler empire.
