Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 3:42 PM EDT) -- Regulators are facing mounting pressure to complete their Dodd-Frank Act rulemaking as the fifth anniversary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s collapse looms — and several key regulations, including the long-awaited Volcker Rule, could emerge this fall.
