White House Seeks Input On Export Licensing For Sudan, Iran

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 2:29 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration is seeking public input about the effectiveness of its licensing procedures that allow for the export of food and medicine to Iraq and Sudan as part of a congressional mandate to keep the program transparent.

The public's input will be compiled into a biannual report to Congress from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, according to an agency notice slated for publication in Tuesday's edition of the Federal Register.
