Late Cozen Atty's Family Drops Same-Sex Benefits Fight

Law360, Philadelphia (August 30, 2013, 7:45 PM ET) -- The family of a late Cozen O'Connor attorney whose death benefits a federal judge ruled should rightfully go to her same-sex spouse under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act dropped a challenge to the decision Friday, just two days after filing a notice of appeal in the Third Circuit.
