Russian Gas Co. Must Face Trade Secrets Suit: Texas Court

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 3:27 PM ET) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday overturned a lower court order releasing Russian gas giant OAO Gazprom from claims that it stole a Texas energy company's trade secrets, saying Texas courts can hear the trade secret dispute because Gazprom has sufficient contact with the state.
