Icahn Ups Nuance Stake, Could Push For Board Seat

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 1:22 PM ET) -- Carl Icahn has again boosted his stake in software maker Nuance Communications Inc., this time to 16.9 percent, and hinted that he could make a play for a seat on the company's board, according to a securities filing made late on Thursday.
