It Ain't Over Til It’s Over: American Airlines-US Airways

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 11:38 AM ET) -- Last February, American Airlines (“AAMRQ”) and U.S. Airways Group Inc. (“LCC”) disclosed their plan to merge in an all-stock transaction, which if consummated would create the largest global airline, with revenues of $40 billion, an expected market capitalization of $11 billion and more than $1 billion in annual net synergies in 2015.
