Ex-Worker Accuses Wells Fargo Of Anti-Competitive Activity

Law360, Miami (August 30, 2013, 4:30 PM ET) -- A former commercial account executive for Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA Inc. in Miami sued the company and two executives in Florida state court on Wednesday, claiming he was wrongfully fired for reporting allegedly illegal and unethical conduct — including anti-competitive activity and improper relations with real estate companies.
