11th Circ. Revives Temple's Suit Against Fla. City

Law360, Miami (August 30, 2013, 8:42 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday reversed the dismissal of an Orthodox Jewish synagogue's religious discrimination suit against Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., over the city's designation of its property as a historic site.

A three-judge panel of the appeals court said the district court erred when it dismissed Temple B'Nai Zion's claims as unripe, remanding the case back to the Southern District of Florida.
