Enviros Lose Bid To Shut Down $1B Power Line Project

Law360, New York (August 30, 2013, 5:01 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge on Friday shot down a bid by environmental groups to stop construction of a $1.2 billion power line that will cut through Pennsylvania and New Jersey, saying the National Park Service adequately reviewed the project before approving it.
