Arthrex Infringed Rival's Suture Patents, Calif. Jury Says

Law360, Los Angeles (August 30, 2013, 8:07 PM ET) -- A California federal jury Thursday found that device maker Arthrex Inc. directly and willfully infringed three of rival KFx Medical Corp.’s patents for sutures used to connect tissue to bone in reconstructive surgery.
