Snooki Hits Perfumer With Trademark Suit Over Knockoff

Law360, New York (September 03, 2013, 12:48 PM ET) -- Reality television star Nicole Polizzi, better known as "Snooki," on Friday launched a trademark suit against the maker of a knockoff version of her officially endorsed perfume, alleging the pretender fragrance bears her own name and signature without her consent.
