Title Insurers Can't Beat Pa. RICO Class Action Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (September 03, 2013, 2:56 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Friday that plaintiffs in a trio of putative class actions accusing three title insurers of misrepresenting their costs had adequately characterized the organizational structures of the businesses, axing a bid to dismiss claims brought under federal racketeering laws.
