Coughlin Stoia To Lead Subprime Suit Against S&P

Law360, New York (February 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Boca Raton, Fla., pension fund represented by Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP has been named lead plaintiff in the class action suit filed against ratings agency Standard & Poor's over subprime mortgage ratings, despite early objections from another group of plaintiffs.
