NLRB Judge Rips GC's 'Narrow Focus' On Baker's Union Feud

Law360, New York (September 03, 2013, 7:47 PM ET) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge on Friday found commercial baker Interbake Foods LLC hadn't violated the law by firing seven union supporters during an organizing campaign, saying the board's general counsel had focused too narrowly on the presence of organizing activity in accusing the company of wrongdoing.
