Wrongful Firing Claim OK'd In 'Storage Wars' Rigging Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 3, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- A&E Television Networks LLC lost a bid Tuesday to escape allegations that it fired a former “Storage Wars” star for complaining the reality show was rigged, when a California judge ruled the network had not shown its conduct was protected under a free-speech law.
