AMICO Must Pay $3M In Hancock Center Accident Battle

Law360, New York (September 4, 2013, 2:14 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday said the American Motorists Insurance Co. must pay $3.1 million to National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., and the owner of Chicago's John Hancock Center to help cover settlement costs from a deadly construction accident at the building.
