5th Circ. Refuses To Merge Faulty-Drywall Appeals

Law360, New York (September 03, 2013, 7:08 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday rejected plaintiffs' request to consolidate for oral argument Taishan Gypsum Co. Ltd.’s separate appeals of a ruling that allowed numerous suits over defective drywall to go forward against the Chinese company.
