NCAA Can't Stop Suit Over $60M Penn State Fines

Law360, Philadelphia (September 04, 2013, 2:26 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on Wednesday allowed a Pennsylvania legislator and the state’s treasurer’s suit against the NCAA to move forward, keeping alive their effort to prevent $60 million in fines levied against Penn State University stemming from the Jerry Sandusky scandal from leaving the state.
