3rd Circ. Nixes Mont., Canada Challenges To WR Grace Reorg

Law360, New York (September 04, 2013, 4:26 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday shot down objections raised by the state of Montana and the Canadian government to bankrupt chemicals manufacturer W.R. Grace & Co.’s confirmed Chapter 11 plan, saying in a precedential decision that the plan sufficiently covers their asbestos liabilities claims.
