Mayo Clinic Didn't Fraudulently Bill Medicare, 8th Circ. Rules

Law360, New York (September 04, 2013, 5:12 PM ET) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday said the Mayo Foundation didn't fraudulently bill Medicare when it submitted claims for tissue sample slides that, according to whistleblowers, lacked required written reports, ruling that the applicable billing codes don't require such reports.
