Philly Design Review Board OKs 20-Story Apartment Tower

Law360, Philadelphia (September 4, 2013, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A 20-story Center City apartment tower proposed by prominent Philadelphia developer Carl Dranoff cleared the city’s Civic Design Review Committee on Tuesday, marking another step forward for the $85 million project.

The project, known as One Riverside, already has a conditional zoning permit, as it can be built by right, without any special variances, but its size triggered the review under Philadelphia’s new zoning law.
