ITC To Probe Sony, LG, Others Over Networking Patents

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 12:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission voted Wednesday to investigate allegations that tech giants Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., LG Electronics Inc. and others are importing devices into the U.S. that violate patents covering network communication technology.
