Medicare Fraudsters Want High Court To Review Sentences

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 1:18 PM EDT) -- The co-owners of Miami medical company American Therapeutic Corp. have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review their respective 50 and 35 year sentences for running a $205 million Medicare fraud and kickback scheme, saying they have effectively received life sentences that violate the Constitution.
