BodyLogicMD Rival 'Riding On Coattails,' Judge Rules

Law360, New York (September 04, 2013, 10:06 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge recommended Tuesday that a franchisor of hormone replacement therapy services be enjoined from using any “colorable imitation” of a competitor's trademarks, finding that BodyLifeMD LLC had tried to “garner a free ride” on the coattails of BodyLogicMD Franchise Corp.
