NLRB Ruling Dooms Nursing Home Labor Case In 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (September 05, 2013, 2:36 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday vacated a lower court's temporary injunction against a New Jersey nursing home accused of punishing its workers for participation in union activities, finding that a National Labor Relations Board ruling in the case rendered the court's decision moot.
