SEC Stonewalled Doc Requests In Madoff Row, Atty Says

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 3:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has refused to turn over documents allegedly revealing a policy in its New York office against pursuing investment management cases, leading to its failure to uncover Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme, according to a whistleblower suit filed Wednesday in New York federal court.
