DC Circ. Won't Revisit Comcast Tennis Channel Ruling

Law360, New York (September 5, 2013, 2:51 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Wednesday refused to reconsider a May ruling that cleared Comcast Corp. of charges that the cable giant discriminated against Tennis Channel in favor of company-affiliated sports channels.

Tennis Channel had asked for a panel rehearing or an en banc rehearing of the decision, but the court refused both requests without explanation, leaving in place a May ruling that overturned the Federal Communications Commission's first-ever enforcement of the agency's anti-discrimination rules.

A spokesman for Tennis Channel did not immediately return a request for comment...
