Players Opposing NFL Publicity Rights Deal Launch New Suit

Law360, New York (September 05, 2013, 3:55 PM ET) -- Hundreds of former National Football League players who opted out of a recently settled Minnesota class action, which alleged the league profited off their names and images, have launched a separate suit in Pennsylvania federal court over the NFL’s alleged violation of their publicity rights.
