SAIC Wants More Discovery In Nuke Recycling FCA Case

Law360, Washington (September 5, 2013, 2:19 PM EDT) -- Science Applications International Corp. urged a Washington federal judge Thursday for more discovery before a False Claims Act trial over nuclear waste recycling contracts, saying the government's continued use of consulting research from one of the contracts may reduce its potential damages.
