Energy Project Could Harm US-Japan Cable Link, FERC Told

Law360, New York (September 06, 2013, 2:38 PM ET) -- Telecommunications company PC Landing Corp. urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Wednesday to conduct further impact assessments on a proposed energy project in Washington's Puget Sound, saying it worries about potential impacts on an underwater cable system it runs between the U.S. and Japan.
