Fla. Judge Won't Toss Condo Investment Scheme Suits

Law360, Miami (September 05, 2013, 7:49 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday denied Pulte Home Corp.'s bid to dismiss 22 suits accusing the builder of luring condominium buyers into a fraudulent investment contract.
