'Belle's' Producers Deny Indemnity For TV One In IP Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 5, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- The producers of the TV One sitcom “Belle's” on Thursday urged a California federal judge to let them off the hook for any damages awarded against the cable channel in a copyright case over the show, saying TV One can't be indemnified for its own alleged willful infringement.
