Park Ave. Architect Ducks $200M Brooklyn Condo Suit

Law360, New York (September 6, 2013, 2:52 PM ET) -- The Stephen B. Jacobs Group PC architectural firm, targeted by a condo board in a $200 million breach of contract, fraud and negligence suit over alleged defects at a 15-story Brooklyn, N.Y., building, has been dismissed from the case by a Brooklyn trial court judge, according to a decision posted Friday.
