Cablevision Investors' Suit Lacks 'Factual Support': Judge

Law360, New York (September 06, 2013, 6:39 PM ET) -- Cablevision Systems Corp. "repeatedly made it abundantly and unequivocally clear" to investors that ever-stiffer competition from Verizon Communications Inc. would cost it cable television customers, a New York federal judge ruled Thursday, dismissing a shareholder class action.
