Pa. Officials Blast Highmark, UPMC Over Ad War

Law360, Philadelphia (September 06, 2013, 5:12 PM ET) -- The heads of Pennsylvania's departments of Health and Insurance ripped insurer Highmark Inc. and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center over their ongoing advertising war Thursday, warning that further negative advertising from either party could prompt state action.
