PGA Officials' Union Wants Right To Sue Firm In Texas

Law360, Dallas (September 10, 2013, 3:23 PM ET) -- The Professional Association of Golf Officials on Tuesday told a Texas appeals court that it should be allowed to sue its former attorney in Texas court for claims he gave members bad advice about changes to their collective bargaining agreement with the PGA.
