11th Circ. Affirms Toss Of Fla. Cop's Age Discrimination Suit

Law360, Miami (September 9, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Friday affirmed the dismissal of a suit brought by a Hillsboro Beach, Fla., police captain who says he was demoted because of his age, ruling that the officer had failed to prove his discrimination claims.
