Hartford Urges 7th Circ. To Remove $18M TCPA Coverage Row

Law360, Chicago (September 10, 2013, 8:13 PM ET) -- Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. on Tuesday pressed the Seventh Circuit to bring a coverage suit arising from the $17.8 million settlement of a junk fax class action back to federal court, claiming the plaintiff resorted to tricky pleading to avoid federal jurisdiction.
