Air Force Must Open Bidding For Food Contracts, GAO Says

Law360, Los Angeles (September 6, 2013, 8:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Friday again sided with a contractor seeking to force the U.S. Air Force to open up bidding for food service on two of its bases, finding the Air Force couldn't claim public interest exempted it from holding a competitive process.
