5th Circ. Backs Insurer In Row With Ex-Mayer Brown Atty

Law360, New York (September 9, 2013, 7:58 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit ruled Friday that an insurance company's decision to cut off disability benefits to a former Mayer Brown LLP energy partner should stand even though the insurer took into consideration emails provided by a man who pled guilty to assaulting her.
