Former Coats Rose Secretary Slaps Firm With FMLA Suit

Lenora Phelps says that after returning to work after seeking treatment for an unspecified respiratory condition, her supervisor at Coats Rose became “insulting and hostile” and that the firm terminated her late last year in retaliation for taking time off under the Family Medical Leave Act....
