Toyota Recalls SUVs Over Repeat Suspension Problem

Law360, Los Angeles (September 9, 2013, 9:00 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. on Monday recalled nearly 781,000 SUVs over problems with the vehicles’ suspensions that could cause drivers to lose control of the cars, according to a notice the company posted with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
