In NJ, 'Watchdog' Employees Can Get Protection Too

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 1:27 PM ET) -- The New Jersey state appeals court wants to remind employers, in case they have forgotten, that the state's whistleblowing protections are broad — very, very broad.

In a precedential decision, the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Appellate Division (Judges Jose Fuentes, Jonathan Harris and Ellen Koblitz) reversed the Law Division's summary judgment ruling in favor of the defendant employer.
