Domino's Founder Urges 6th Circ. To Back ACA Exemption

Law360, Los Angeles (September 09, 2013, 10:06 PM ET) -- The founder of Domino's Pizza on Monday urged the Sixth Circuit to uphold a preliminary injunction exempting him from implementing the Affordable Care Act's contraception mandate at an office complex he owns, saying the mandate is a clear violation of religious freedoms.
