Justices Urged To Nix Nokia Call To Keep NPEs Out Of ITC

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- InterDigital Communications LLC and the U.S. government urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to reject Nokia Corp.'s appeal seeking to overturn the rule that nonpracticing entities can file patent suits at the U.S. International Trade Commission by showing that they license their patents.
