Fed. Circ. Asked To Reverse Honda GPS Patent Win

Law360, Washington (September 10, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- American Calcar Inc. on Tuesday pushed to reverse the inequitable-conduct finding in its in-car navigation technology patent fight with American Honda Motor Co. Inc., telling a Federal Circuit panel the district judge ignored the jury's advisory and couldn't justify his decision.
