House Committee Chair Links Syria To Sequestration Fight

Law360, Washington (September 10, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- House Armed Services Committee Chairman Buck McKeon, R-Calif., on Tuesday said that he was hesitant to back any potential U.S. strike on Syria with sequestration still in place, arguing funding for the strike would have to be drawn from an already “devastated” military budget.
