Big Banks' Foreclosure Servicer Accused Of Illegal Break-Ins

Law360, New York (September 10, 2013, 5:54 PM ET) -- A property management firm hired by major banks and mortgage servicers for foreclosure services work frequently kicks out legal residents from their homes by locking them out, turning off their utilities and damaging their personal property, the state of Illinois alleged Monday.
