Lockheed Dodges Take-Home Asbestos Suit In 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:16 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday affirmed that Lockheed Martin Corp. is not liable for injuries to a woman who claims she developed cancer from asbestos particles inadvertently brought home from work by her relatives, saying the company could not have foreseen the risk.
